We kindly request all existing clients currently receiving our IP Lease LOA (Letter of Authorization) providing service, as well as new applicants, to submit their Business Registration Certificate and relevant IT/IDC telecommunications documentation.

Please review the required documents below and submit English copies via email:

3. Bank Account Statement for Invoicing (English Copy)
   • A copy of the bankbook or official statement showing the bank account details used for invoices.

4. Detailed Carrier Information for LOA Provision

   Please provide the specific details of the telecommunications carrier involved:
